After performing yield data sync from the FarmTRX mobile app, yield maps should begin to appear in your Web App account within minutes to an hour. If you're missing yield maps in your account, follow these troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure field boundaries are drawn for all harvested fields. Yield data will not populate in your Web App account if no field boundaries are detected. Visit the Drawing Field Boundaries article to learn more.
- Confirm all yield data is uploaded from the Yield Monitor
- Click on the Cloud Sync page from the app main menu
- Ensure there is no data ready to sync
- If the value under Data Ready to Sync is greater than zero, click SYNC DATA
- If the Cloud Sync page shows there is no data awaiting sync, complete a data archive upload.
- Go to the Advanced Settings page from the app main menu
- Click the Yield Monitor tab
- Check the box "Validate Archived Files With FarmTRX Cloud On Next Download"
- Press OK
- Click Complete
- Archived data will be visible under Data Ready to Sync
- Click SYNC DATA
