FarmTRX makes it easy to collect, manage, and transfer harvest data from your Yield Monitor to the FarmTRX Mobile App. As part of that process, you may see status labels like “Data Ready to Sync” and “Data Awaiting Upload” on the Cloud Sync menu in the mobile app. Here’s what each one means and what action you need to take.
Data Ready to Sync
This means your Yield Monitor has collected new harvest data and it’s ready to be transferred (synced) to your mobile device via Bluetooth®.
When you see this:

The data is stored on the Yield Monitor.

Your mobile device has not yet downloaded it.
What to do:

Open the FarmTRX Mobile App.

Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top left-hand corner.

Select Connection and connect to the Yield Monitor via Bluetooth®.

The app will automatically sync the data to your mobile device.

Once the sync is complete, the status will change to Data Awaiting Upload.
Data Awaiting Upload
This means the data has already been synced to your mobile device, but it has not yet been uploaded to your FarmTRX Web Account.
When you see this:

The data is on your device and waiting for upload.

You're likely not connected to the internet, or upload hasn’t started yet.
What to do:

Ensure your device has an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

Open the FarmTRX Mobile App.

Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top left-hand corner.

Select Cloud Sync from the menu.

Tap Upload to manually start the upload process (if it doesn’t begin automatically).

After uploading, your data becomes available for viewing and mapping in the FarmTRX Web App.
